2. Eligibility & Student Registration

  • Certificates of Completion: Certificates issued upon course completion represent fulfillment of course requirements and do not guarantee professional licensure, academic credits, or employment unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. E-Commerce, Pricing & Payment Terms

All purchases made through our website are processed via secure WooCommerce e-commerce integration and approved third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayFast).

  • Pricing & Currency: Prices listed on the website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) or applicable supported currencies and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment Authorization: By completing a transaction, you authorize Absolute Converged Technologies and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
  • Digital Product Delivery: Course access and digital product downloads are delivered electronically upon confirmation of successful payment.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital content, refunds for digital courses or downloadable assets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be considered if less than 20% of the course content has been consumed and no certificate has been generated. Technical issue refunds are granted upon verification by our support team.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on actechnologies.tech—including but not limited to course video lectures, text lessons, downloadable workbooks, software code, logos, brand assets, graphics, designs, audio clips, and trademarks—is the exclusive intellectual property of Absolute Converged Technologies or its licensors, protected under South African and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may NOT copy, record, screen-capture, reproduce, broadcast, upload, redistribute, resell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any material on this website without express written authorization from Absolute Converged Technologies.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using our platform, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
